Return & Refund Policy for Digital Products

At Bundlefav , we sell a wide range of digital products including downloadable templates, software, design assets, source codes, and more. Due to the nature of digital goods, all purchases are considered final. However, we value our customers and offer limited refund options in exceptional cases.

1. No Refund on Downloaded Items, But We Accept Some Rules 

Once a digital product has been successfully downloaded, it is non-refundable under normal circumstances, due to the inability to return a digital file once accessed. 
If we fail to deliver the correct product as promised, deliver the wrong product, or do not deliver the specified product, we will definitely issue you a refund.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be granted only under the following conditions:

  • The file is corrupted and cannot be opened or used as intended.

  • The product does not match the description or preview shown on the product page.

  • The buyer is unable to access the download, even after contacting support.

  • The product contains critical functional errors that make it unusable.

3. Refund Request Timeframe

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date.

  • After 7 days, refund requests will no longer be considered.

4. Conditions for Approval

To process your request, you must:

  • Provide your order number and the reason for your refund request.

  • Submit screenshot or video evidence of the problem.

  • Not have shared, used, or distributed the product elsewhere.

We reserve the right to verify your claim and, if necessary, offer a replacement or corrected version of the file before approving a refund.

5. Refund Method

If your refund is approved:

  • The amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

  • Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • You purchased the product by mistake.

  • You no longer need the product.

  • You do not have the technical skills to use the product.

  • You changed your mind after the purchase.

  • You misunderstood the product’s features despite a clear description.
